South Dolan Board of School Directors Meeting Addresses Agenda Corrections, Recognizes Graduating Class and Departing Board Secretary

The South Dolan Board of School Directors convened for their June 1st, 2026 meeting. The agenda was approved with a correction noted regarding a calculation error on the ESS agreement, which had been amended to reflect a 3.5% increase. The minutes from the May 18th, 2026 regular board meeting were also approved. The meeting acknowledged the graduation of the class of 2026, with student speakers receiving over $1.3 million in scholarships and awards. Appreciation was extended to faculty, staff, and facilities personnel for their work in organizing commencement, especially in managing unexpected weather. The board also recognized the final meeting for Board Secretary Mrs. Christine Beck, who has served since August 2021 and is moving to a new role as Business Manager at the Cland Perry Career and Technical Center.
