Preferred General Contractor List Approved for Municipal Projects

The council approved a motion to establish a list of preferred general construction contractors for on-call services for municipal projects, repairs, maintenance, renovations, and capital improvements. The town received three qualified responses from RFPs: Pyramid Contracting, Verus Construction, and CNC Commercial Interiors. This list will be used for smaller capital items, requiring at least three quotes before coming back to council for final approval. The list will be redone every three years.
