City Council Approves Chipotle Mexican Grill Development Plan
The City Council held a public hearing and approved a combined basic and detailed development plan for the construction of a Chipotle Mexican Grill. The plan includes a 2,300 square foot restaurant, shared driveway access with Cassano's, 31 parking spaces, and a new curb cut on Miami Valley Way. Staff recommended approval with two conditions: the installation of one bike rack per the Brant Pike Revitalization Overlay District and compliance with all fire department requirements. The Planning Commission had unanimously recommended approval prior to this.
Gregory Fox Reappointed to Arts and Beautification Commission
The City Council reappointed Mr. Gregory Fox to the Arts and Beautification Commission for a term ending June 30th, 2029. This is a reappointment for an expiring term, and all background checks have been completed, with the interview panel recommending the reappointment. Mr. Fox was acknowledged for his continued dedication and service.
New Members Appointed to Military and Veterans Commission
