The total grand list abstract is $1,261,500,000, an increase from the previous year's $1,239,210,000, a difference of approximately $21,849,000. Lindberg noted that about 300 of the 623 change of assessment letters are due to a software upgrade. Grievances will begin on July 10th at 9:00 a.m., with a deadline of 4:30 p.m. on July 9th for written grievances. The memo included with the letters explains that changes may relate to permanent inspections, neighborhood code changes, software conversion, or corrected assessment errors.
