Personnel Manual Overtime Policy Revised for Non-Union Employees
The Village Board discussed and approved a revision to the personnel manual regarding Section 2.2 overtime for non-union hourly employees. The change shifts the definition of overtime from time worked over eight hours in a day to time worked over 40 hours in a work week, aligning with the Federal Labor Standards Act. This change is expected to provide greater flexibility for managers and potential cost savings by avoiding overtime. Trustee McFaul voted against the revision.
Redevelopment Agreement Amendment Grants 30-Day Demolition Extension to BLVD Southridge LLC

The developer requested this extension to finalize contracts and budgets.
