She detailed difficulties in resolving the issue with Bainbridge Public Safety and a negative interaction with the city manager. She is seeking assistance with 11 additional tickets and emphasized her priority is the safety of children in school zones.
Council Approves Bid for Replacement Sewer Lift Station Pumps
The council reviewed and approved a bid for two replacement submersible sewage pumps for the Columbia Street lift station. One pump has failed completely, and the backup pump is unreliable. AG Electric Motors and Pumps of Panama City, Florida, submitted the winning bid of $71,834. This purchase is necessary to maintain sewer operations at the lift station.
