City Council Reviews Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan and Budget

The City Council convened for a budget workshop to discuss the fiscal year 2027-2031 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). The workshop covered both general fund and enterprise fund portions of the CIP, including ongoing and new projects, funding sources, and the proposed five-year plan.
