The council acknowledged these concerns.

The City Council tentatively approved a construction services contract with Diversified Contractors Inc. (DCI) for the new city hall tenant improvement project, not to exceed $519,971, plus a contingency of $51,000. The final approval is contingent on a budget amendment to be presented in July. DCI was the lowest of three bidders.
