Council Approves Financial Resolutions and Salary Ordinance Amendment

This amendment aims to increase salaries for fire and police personnel using savings from insurance changes, acknowledging that even with the increase, salaries will remain slightly lower than other departments. The goal is to retain staff by making their compensation more competitive.
