Bellevue City Commission Approves Annexation of Bellevue Propane Property
The City Commission held the final reading of Ordinance 2026-09, an ordinance annexing approximately 36872-001-02 to the city of Bellevue, Florida, from Marion County, Florida. The property, identified as Bellevue Propane, is located east of Cobblestone North on 100th Street. Although the property does not currently appear connected to water and sewer services, it is slated for connection. Staff recommended approval of the ordinance, and the Commission subsequently approved it unanimously following a public hearing where no one spoke against the annexation.

He also mentioned a legal case involving the Carpenter property, where a title insurance policy will be ordered, and the property might be declared surplus and sold.
