Wyckoff Township Enhances Email Compliance Following Supreme Court Ruling
Following a New Jersey Supreme Court decision requiring government-related emails on personal accounts to be subject to disclosure under OPRA, the township will purchase additional Microsoft email and archiving licenses. This is to ensure all members of boards and commissions use their official township email addresses for township business, as advised by the court to refrain from using personal emails for public business.
