Resident Raises Concern Over Missing Street Sign on Private Road
Julia Valence, a property owner at 83 Frontier Way in Titan Falls, raised concerns about a missing street sign at the intersection of Mill Lane and Frontier Way in Parkplace East. She stated the sign has been down for years, and the HOA has informed residents they would have to pay for its replacement. Valence requested the borough's assistance in getting the sign repaired, citing potential issues in emergencies. The council noted that Mill Lane and Frontier Way appear to be private roads, and typically the borough is not responsible for signage on private roads, with HOAs usually handling such maintenance.
