City Council Approves FY 2026-2027 Budget Amidst Structural Deficit Concerns and Approves $330M Capital Improvement Plan

The City Council approved the fiscal year 2026-2027 budget, including the citywide budget, the Pittsburgh Arts and Community Foundation, Pittsburgh Power Company, Southwest Pittsburgh Geological Hazard Abatement District, and the successor agency for the Redevelopment Agency.
