EDA Approves Amendment to CEE Loan Agreement to Fund Emergency Home Repairs

The Economic Development Authority (EDA) approved an eighth amendment to the loan origination agreement with the Center for Energy and Environment (CEE) to include emergency repairs, such as roof or underbelly issues, as eligible expenses for the manufactured home grant program [cite: 28, 38-42].
