Medford Council and Community Development Board Advance Boston Avenue Zoning Amendments

The City Council and Community Development Board met to discuss proposed amendments to the Medford Zoning Ordinance, specifically for the Boston Avenue Neighborhood Corridor District. The amendments aim to create new districts with three sub-districts along Boston Avenue to encourage mixed-use development and vibrancy.
