City Orders Repairs and Approves Boarding for Multiple Properties
The City of Knoxville public officer held a hearing regarding properties out of compliance with city codes. For 1620 Jefferson Avenue, a 120-day repair order was issued for the main structure and a 60-day repair or demolition order for accessory structures. For 2738 Jefferson Avenue, a 90-day repair order was issued. For 215 East Glennwood Avenue, a 90-day repair order was issued. For 2527 Lynen Avenue, a 90-day repair or demolition order was issued for the structure and accessory structure. For 3240 Wilson Avenue, a 90-day repair order was issued. Boarding actions and associated charges were approved for 2904 Browning Avenue, 8600 Kingston Pike, 4603 Meadow Court, 3709 Reagan Avenue, 904 University Avenue, and 3240 Wilson Avenue.
