The Utility committee discussed two items: a resolution authorizing partial pay estimate number two with Turner Painting and Construction for cleaning and painting the South 1.6 million-gallon sledge storage tank at the wastewater treatment plant, and a resolution authorizing payments from the waterworks and sewage projects fund for services rendered improvement projects.

This agreement is for the acquisition of certain properties through abandonment proceedings, and it authorizes community development director Brian Nyberg as the city of Jacksonville representative for the authority.
