Board of Trustees Approves PUD Zoning for 320 Maple Street with Conditions

Following extensive public comment and board discussion, the board voted to approve the PUD zoning document with specific conditions, including maintaining a 20% open space requirement, ensuring architectural consistency with the surrounding neighborhood, limiting building height to one story (20 feet), and requiring the site plan to return to the Planning Commission and Board of Trustees for review to ensure the intent of the PUD is met. The approval passed with a vote of four to one.
