Special Event Permit Approved for 250th America Celebration Reenactor Camp
The City Commission approved a special event permit addition for the 250th America celebration. This addition allows for the Luce and Clark reenactors to set up a camp and display their keelboat on a trailer in a designated area on the west side of River Road, south of Trotters, from July 2nd to July 5th. This required an exception to the city's ordinance against camping in parks. The commission heard a motion and seconded it, and the motion carried.
City Holds Public Hearing for CDBG Grant Application for St. Benedict's Abbey Child Care Facility
