Engineering RFP will be issued this summer, with construction anticipated in 2027. The township's contribution will be approximately $170,000 for engineering, right-of-way, and utility relocation.
SPCA Facility Renovation Approved with Conditions, Land Development Plan Waived
The Board approved a request from the Montgomery County SPCA for a waiver from the requirement to prepare a land development plan for renovations at 1450 Union Meeting Road. The project aims to renovate the SPCA's facility.
