Township Revenues Strong: Act 511 Taxes Exceed Property Taxes

This amount significantly exceeds the projected $5.1 million from property taxes. The township is described as punching above its weight, with great people, steady income, and unparalleled services.

The board approved the consent agenda, which included several financial items: the approval of board of supervisors minutes from May 9th, 2026; escrow release number two for 1250 West Bristol Road (Toner Holmes) for $143,475; escrow release number two final for 550 Davisville Road (Davisville Hosiery Mill) for $21,122.50; approval for mobile modular temporary structures and KO catering for temporary kitchen at Five Pines Golf Club during construction; approval of professional services with Great with Transcend Finance LLC for banking RFP; and approval of resolution 2026-12 for a $250,000 GTRP grant from the Commonwealth Financing Authority for Keer Park trail reconstruction. The motion passed 5-0.
