Final Survey Draft for Community Project Prioritization Released; Permanent Sales Tax Discussion Continues

The survey committee is finalizing its fourth and final draft survey for community feedback on proposed city projects. The survey will open on March 7th and close on April 6th. Community input will guide decisions on which projects to prioritize within the available budget. Discussion also involved how to present the survey to the public, including potential issues with user interface warnings when exceeding budget limits, and the details of a proposed permanent sales tax for the general fund. The committee aims to present recommendations to the city council by the first Monday in May.
