He has contacted the MU office multiple times regarding the issue, which has persisted for over a year. The city has previously installed a smaller culvert inside a larger, rusted one. Neil is concerned about the temporary fix proposed by the city and the potential for further damage. The council assured him that the city would investigate the problem and work towards a solution.
