Springdale Adopts Tax Budget for Fiscal Year 2027
Resolution R7, 2026, adopting the tax budget for the city of Springdale for the fiscal year January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, was approved. The budget was prepared and submitted by the mayor, city administrator, and finance officer/tax commissioner. A public hearing was held prior to adoption. The finance officer/tax commissioner is directed to submit the adopted budget to the county budget commission by July 20, 2026.

This passed with a 6-0 vote. Second, Closets by Design requested a development plan review for their property on Century Boulevard. Given the general industrial zoning, certain requirements were waived. The project includes reverse siding, two colors for siding, and additional greenery around a new building addition. This also passed with a 6-0 vote.
