Prosper Town Council Recognizes Hometown Heroes, Concludes America 250 Series, and Approves Key Projects

The Prosper Town Council meeting on June 23rd, 2026, included several presentations and recognitions. The America 250 series concluded with a review of its episodes and principles. The council also honored hometown heroes, including town employees Captain Randy Breeding, Lieutenant Commander Richard Hathaway, Specialist Joey Stinson, Ryan Pascoe, and Judge Barnett Walker. The Civil Air Patrol presented Mayor Bristol with a certificate of appreciation. The Town Secretary's Office received the Texas Municipal Clerk's Achievement of Excellence Award for the third time. Members of the 2026 Teen Government Academy were recognized for their participation in a two-week program about municipal government.
