The assessment limits were noted as approximately $3,800 for Arinda Oaks and $4,100 for Wilder, with the 90% levy resulting in assessments of $3,426.50 and $3,586 respectively. The budget does not include large-scale repairs, as reserve accumulation is intended for such unforeseen events.
