Midgrow Plaza Short Plat Application Approved for Flex Space Development
The council considered a short plat application for Midgrow Plaza, a 12.84-acre site zoned CG and IL, located at 1450 East Franklin Road. The applicant proposes dividing the land into two lots for future development with flex space buildings. The site includes a 5-mile creek and a flood zone, requiring permits and easements. Access will be provided from North Locust Grove Road and East Franklin Road. Staff recommended approval, noting that the establishment of specific uses will be reviewed in a subsequent Certificate of Zoning Compliance process.
Impact Fee Ordinances for Ada County Jail and EMS Continued to July 7th
The council moved to continue the public hearing for the adoption of the Ada County Jail and Ada County Emergency Medical Services District development impact fee ordinances to July 7th, 2026. No public testimony was offered on these items during the current hearing.
City Council Reviews 2026 Community Development Block Grant Action Plan
