City Council Committee Reviews Utility Ordinance Updates, Addresses Delinquency Policies

The committee also addressed ordinances concerning sanitary lateral inspections, water turn-on fees, sewer-only accounts, regulatory capital improvement compliance charges (renamed 'water fixed charge'), meter operations, exceptions to water rates (affordability program), fire protection systems, and disconnection procedures for leaks.
