City of Franklin contract 2021-0247 with Popular Farms LLC was amended to change the contractor's name to Meritage Homes of Tennessee Incorporated. There are no changes to the contract terms, only the name of the entity responsible for the road impact fee reimbursement agreement.
Final Road Impact Fee Reimbursement Approved for Boyd Mill Project
An amendment to City of Franklin contract 2020-0141 with Southern Land Company LLC was approved. This amendment finalizes the road impact fee reimbursement agreement for work done on Boyd Mill, increasing the total amount to $2,282,438.89 and closing out the project.
