Gail Manning Honored for Outstanding Volunteer Contributions

Mayor Victor J. Stines honored Gail Manning for her extensive volunteer work and dedication to the community. The committee recommended these appointments for full council approval. Upon returning to the regular session, the council formally approved these reappointments with a vote of 10-0 with one abstention.
