Gail Manning Honored for Outstanding Volunteer Contributions
Mayor Victor J. Stines honored Gail Manning for her extensive volunteer work and dedication to the community. She has contributed over 70 hours to the sustainability steward program and helps direct the Bethany United Christian Church Green Team. She has also attained certifications as a pollinator steward and Echo America Ambassador. Mayor Stines presented her with a nomination for the 2026 Serve Ohio Award from Governor DeWine and Lieutenant Governor Tressel, and a certificate of appreciation from the city. Manning expressed her gratitude and humility, emphasizing her positive interactions with city staff and council.
