These items were postponed to the December meeting to allow for further consideration.

The project aims to address historical flooding issues north of El Dorado Plaza, which create safety hazards and debris accumulation. The solution involves adding a new curb inlet and piping to the existing drainage system. Construction Act, LLC was selected for the project with a bid of approximately $90,000, and completion is expected within five months. The project will involve temporary impacts to the lane and sidewalk, which will be restored to current code and ADA standards.
Coconut Creek Approves Updated Solid Waste Authority Agreement with Expanded Opt-Out Options
The City Commission approved the second amendment to the interlocal agreement (ILA) with the Solid Waste Disposal and Recyclable Materials Processing Authority of Broward County, Florida. This amendment provides additional opt-out opportunities for cities and authorizes the mayor or designee to execute the agreement.
