Forest Avenue Property Sold to Gomes Investment LLC Under Abutter Lot Program
An order was adopted authorizing the Mayor and/or Treasurer Collector to convey property on Forest Avenue (Parcel ID 066-00007) to Gomes Investment LLC for $2,300 under the abutter lot program, requiring merger with the adjoining lot within 6 months, with a reversion clause for non-compliance.
Fire Department Receives $17,100 Grant for Public Safety Initiatives
The city council authorized the acceptance and expenditure of $17,100 in grant funds from the Executive Office of Public Safety to the Fire Department. This was part of a collective motion to act on items 50 through 56.
Appointments Made to Advisory Council on Health

Access and Utility Easement Granted to Boys and Girls Club at Elden Keith Field
An order was adopted granting the Boys and Girls Club of Metro South an access and utility easement over and under city-owned land known as Elden Keith Field on the southerly side of West Elm Street. The Mayor is authorized to execute the easement. This was referred to finance.
