Council Introduces Property Condemnation and Adjudicated Property Items
The Council introduced several items related to property condemnations and adjudicated properties. Supplemental Agreement for Highland Road at Peeku Lane Project Includes Traffic Data Collection
The Mayor President is authorized to execute a supplemental agreement with T. Baker Smith LLC for additional traffic data collection and utility services related to the Highland Road at Peeku Lane Enhancement Project. The additional services will not exceed $28,040.51, bringing the total contract amount to $851,069.20. The services are needed to adjust traffic signal timing due to the opening of an interstate and potential adjustments on the northwest corner of the area.
Council Addresses Numerous Adjudicated Properties
The Council is set to take action on numerous adjudicated properties, listing specific lot and square numbers, subdivisions, council districts, high bidders, and amounts ranging from $100 to $23,000. Several properties were noted as redeemed or 'Moto Own'. A motion was made to approve all items except for deletions and deferrals.
