CDF Launches 'Find Your Tupelo' Initiative to Attract and Retain Talent

David Rumbarger and Madden Hutto presented 'Find Your Tupelo,' a new initiative by CDF aimed at attracting and retaining talent in Tupelo and Lee County. The initiative includes a website (findyourtupelo.com) that showcases career opportunities, lifestyle advantages, cost of living, housing, schools, healthcare, and recreation. A key feature is a dynamic job board that aggregates listings from the top 30 employers in the area. The program emphasizes Tupelo's low cost of living, which is 82% of the national average, as a significant recruitment tool. This effort is distinct from tourism promotion and focuses on encouraging people to live and work in Tupelo.
