The presentation also detailed strengths and opportunities for growth, such as high safety ratings but disparities for certain student groups, and successful implementation of new instructional materials. The Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) for 2026-27, outlining five goals for student achievement and well-being, was also presented and approved. The board also approved the 2026-27 annual budget, which anticipates a positive rating from the county for the next three years.
