Rezoning and Development Agreement Approved for Multifamily Housing on Highway 70 East

The board of commissioners approved a general use rezoning request and a development agreement for a 13.4-acre property located at 715 US Highway 70 East. The property, originally part of a master-planned community approved in the early 2000s, will be rezoned from assisted living neighborhood to multifamily.
