This action closes out a 2015 agreement where the village demolished a house and the owner agreed to pay $7,600 by 2040. The payment was recently made after the property sold, and the trustee, David Casper, was authorized to sign and record the satisfaction of the deed of trust, indicating the debt has been paid in full.
