The Cherry Hill Township Council reviewed and approved several resolutions related to procurement and contracts. Resolution 6-20 awards a contract to Borrow Lawnmower Inc. for two fully electric lawnmowers at a cost not to exceed $49,100 to replace aging equipment and support environmentally friendly operations. Resolution 6-21 authorizes the use of the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey (ESC and J) cooperative for purchasing a 2026 Chevrolet Tahoe police vehicle and equipment from Mark Anthony Chevrolet for up to $73,355.47. Resolution 6-22 extends a contract for police uniforms and equipment with Municipal Emergency Services Inc. for up to $10,000 while a new contract is awarded. Resolution 6-23 awards a two-year contract, with an optional one-year renewal, to Connor Strong and Buckaloo Companies Inc. for employee benefits brokerage and consulting services, including health, prescription, dental, and disability plans, at a cost not to exceed $138,000 annually. Resolution 6-24 authorizes the use of a state contract to purchase a Quadian DS77I folder stuffer sealer and related equipment from Quadiant Inc. for up to $27,617.50 to improve mailing efficiency. Resolution 6-25 authorizes the proprietary purchase of two reliant water technologies wet well wizards from Maryland Biochemical Company for installation at pump stations to reduce sewer gases and minimize corrosion, at a cost not to exceed $29,461.25. Resolution 6-26 approves change order number one, final, for the Sandrihan Park Playground Equipment contract with Compat Inc., decreasing the original contract amount by $23,867.08. Finally, resolution 2026-6-37 authorized the payment of bills totaling $22,954,200.076, with $16,790,936 allocated to the Cherry Hill Board of Education and $1,112,634 to the Cherry Hill Public Library.
