Wonder Gardens Proposes Special Assemblage Plan for Architectural Flexibility
The council is considering a special assemblage plan for Wonder Gardens, similar to the technique used for the Baron Collier property. This plan allows for flexibility regarding modifications to building plans, particularly for proposed modular structures not included in the original master plan. Staff will coordinate with the property owner to bring architectural recommendations for these structures into compliance. The special assemblage plan provides assurance for both the developer and the board regarding expectations for architecture, design, and site work. The proposal allows for amendments to the plan as goals shift.

BERT Project MOU Extension Proposed to Facilitate Due Diligence and Referendum Timeline
The council is considering a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) among involved governments for the BERT project, primarily to extend the MOU's term until after a referendum. This MOU facilitates cost-sharing for due diligence and other expenses leading up to the closing period. The agreement has been approved with modifications by Kier and Estero, and it is awaiting final approval from Collier. The extended term is set to expire on August 18th, and the purpose is to manage due diligence collaboratively, not construction.
