Port Wardens Approve Findings of Fact for Three Waterfront Projects and New Boat Lifts
The board approved findings of fact for three separate projects: the replacement of a 26-foot bulkhead and installation of a floating pier at 138 SPA Drive (port 2025-00019-138); the replacement of an existing pier with a floating dock, gangway, and living shoreline at 2 Thompson Street (port 2026-00006); and the replacement of a timber bulkhead at Davis Park (port 2026-0008). Following these approvals, the board heard and approved an application for port 2026-00007 at 946 Creek Drive, which involves constructing finger piers and installing boat lifts.
