Second, $40,000 for MS4 stormwater compliance services, funded by reallocating money from the engineers' line, planning, minor equipment, and drainage facilities, with $10,000 from the contingent account. Third, budget amendments totaling $31,500 for right-of-way easement acquisitions related to the Carr Road-Jones Road project. These funds are part of a larger federal allotment.
