Residents also spoke about ongoing truck traffic issues on various roads, including White Oak Lane and West Greystone Road.
Red's Tavern Corporation License Renewal Approved Amidst Pending ABC Violation Discussion
The council approved the renewal of a plenary retail consumption license for Red's Tavern Corporation for the 2026-2027 license term. The applicant met all renewal requirements and conditions. However, a discussion ensued regarding an ABC violation from 2024, which involved a proposed 36-day suspension, and is still pending resolution. The violations included failure to disclose other establishments owned, conducting business without proper application documentation, and improper record storage. The public hearing was opened, closed, and the matter was approved by the council. Despite the pending violation, the license was renewed.
