The establishment will be in a small suite with a maximum capacity of 37. The applicant is adding restrooms to comply with code requirements. Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval, and the motion passed unanimously, including approval for ordinance number 5834 and the wet zone ordinance 5835.

City to Apply for $2 Million Grant for Flood-Related Street Repairs

The Mayor is designated as the authorized signatory.
