Town Defers Support for FPCA Funding Request Pending Further Information

The New York FPCA (Federation of Police, Correction, and Firefighters Associations) requested a letter of support for funding, but the town board is deferring the decision. While the town has a contract with the FPCA for animal cruelty cases, they need more information about the FPCA's current status and any improvements made before offering support for their expansion. The board suggested inviting the FPCA to a future board meeting to provide an update and clarify what services residents receive for the current contract.
